UNILUX signs acquisition agreement with established manufacturer of high-quality windows and doors in Northern Germany

UNILUX aims to become the leading manufacturer of high-quality window, door and façade solutions. HBI looks back on 60 years of corporate history and has successfully established itself in the market with its high-quality product portfolio. With HBI as a high-performance manufacturer for customers in Germany and neighbouring countries, UNILUX aspires the acquisition of a healthy and operationally strong family-run company that represents an ideal addition for UNILUX with its product range and corporate philosophy.

The integration of HBI will further strengthen the attractiveness of UNILUX as a group and partner for high-quality window and door solutions. Both companies have distinctive similarities in terms of customer orientation and corporate culture.
